I'm Logani Bangun. I work two tracks with equal seriousness: Product Management — shipping EdTech and WorkTech products at the intersection of learning science, AI, and people systems — and People Operations — building hiring systems, L&D programs, and training delivery from needs assessment to competency evaluation. I recently completed my Master's at Harvard GSE (LDIT program).

Before Harvard, I worked in politics and HR — building stakeholder coalitions, designing hiring processes, running recruitment operations (screening, interviews, skills assessment), and delivering training to 200+ participants across rural communities. That background is why I hold both tracks as one practice: I move between them with the same mental model — People Ops as a product to design, Product as a people system to build.

I've shipped four live products: Bukti (capability intelligence platform), Probixio (AI learning engine), EvolveEd (teacher PD platform), and a generative UI module for Harvard's Data Fluency Initiative. Each one sits at the intersection of learning, technology, and people systems.

People Ops Experience

My People Ops work predates the products. These roles involved recruitment operations, L&D program design, and training delivery at scale — the evidence behind the second track.

What I'm Looking For

I'm pursuing two tracks with equal seriousness. Product Management at early-stage EdTech or WorkTech startups — where I can ship AI products from rapid prototyping to live deployment. People Operations roles where culture, talent, and learning are treated as products to design — hiring systems, L&D program design, training delivery, and competency evaluation. I'm also open to Talent/Recruiting roles where pipeline design and candidate experience get product rigor, and Learning Designer/Education Engineer roles where I can build tools and learning experiences that scale. I bring real evidence to both tracks — four shipped products on one side, recruitment operations and large-scale training delivery on the other.
