People Operations: building hiring systems, L&D programs, and training delivery where culture and talent are treated as products to design. Also open to Talent/Recruiting and Learning Designer roles. Recently completed Harvard GSE LDIT. Background spans politics, HR, and recruitment — I move between both practices with the same mental model: People Ops as a product to design, Product as a people system to build.
